This Crispy Egg Salad combines creamy textures with a delightful crunch, making it ideal for picnics or light lunches that impress with every bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
