- 12 ounces pasta fusilli or penne
- 2 cups fresh cherries or heirloom tomatoes halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls halved or cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, halved tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and minced garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavor as needed.
