Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips for coating
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and sugar.
  • Add vanilla extract and pumpkin spice to the mixture.
  • Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  • Scoop out the filling and roll into balls.
  • Freeze the truffles for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with optional coconut oil.
  • Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
