Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole wheat or gluten-free wraps as needed

  • Prepare the chickpeas
  • Mash the avocados
  • Add the vegetables
  • Season and taste
  • Assemble the wraps
