Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, onions, etc.
  • 1/2 cup cooked protein pepperoni, chicken, etc.
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
